The following changes were noted已经通知下列更改内容:

      The APQP manual has been revised by AIAG.  The new second edition becomes effective November 1, 2008.APQP手册已经被AIAG更改了。从2008年11月1日起第二版生效。

      The FMEA manual has been revised by AIAG. The new fourth edition becomes effective November 1, 2008.FMEA手册已经被AIAG更改了。从2008年11月1日起第四版生效。

      The  ISO Guide 62 and 66 standard that is used by registrars to audit and certify organizations has been replaced by ISO 17021:2006.认证和注册机构过去审核时候使用的ISO导则62和导则66国际标准已经被ISO 17021：2006国际标准替代了。

     Section 4.1.4 titled Certification Body / Registrar Notification has been deleted.上述文件中第4.1.4节题目是《认证/注册机构的通知》这一节已加以删除了。

     Chrysler suppliers are required to perform and document an annual self-assessment per the "Elements of Manufacturing Basics" (EMB) criteri.凡是克莱斯勒的供方，每年必须按照“制造基础要素的判别准则”EMB这份文件的要求进行自我评估并且形成文件。

APQP更新到第二版本的更改内容:
The Advanced Product Quality Planning & Control Plan Second Edition updates include:
• Incorporation of the customer-focused process approach
• How to use lessons learned and best practices
• Updated Appendix A to address all requirements of PPAP and FMEA
• Removal of Appendix C – Special Characteristics Symbols since this
information resides in the customer’s customer-specific requirements
• Updated Control Plan form to reflect appropriate terminology

FMEA更新到第四版本的更新内容:
The Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis Reference Manual has been updated
with the following changes to:
• Provide a clearer explanation of the steps to develop a robust Failure Mode
Analysis.
• Clarify the linkage between DFMEA and PFMEA, as well at the linkages to
the other core tools.
• Incorporate alternate methods applied within the automotive industry
• Additional appendices include example forms and special case applications
of FMEA.
• Including “standard form” options that represent current applications of FMEA.

    APQP是很厚的一本书，翻译不是一两天的功夫能解决问题的。我手头也没有英文版资料。难以满足大家要求。对不起。

英语版颂布后,中文版才会开始翻译,估计还要一段时间吧.

     中文翻译也没有统一的单位来负责的。一般是要有资格的有关单位来翻译的。我不清楚是什么单位。

我们自己可不可以自发地翻译一下，每个人选取自己比较熟悉的一部分，最后合起来，既锻炼了英语能力，也有利于专业学习。

我们以前用国际标准培训员工时，就是这样作的。
